Produced for us by MED, this is our go to choice for a straight cut gear set when it comes to a mild to fast road build. A very cost effective way to get a straight cut gearbox as it makes use of the original 1st and reverse gear found in rod change gearboxes.
Produced here in the UK using the latest CNC technology out of high grade EN36C which is then case hardened. Baulk ring faces are then sprayed with molybdenum coating.
Ratio of gear set is:
First - 2.583:1
Second - 1.71:1
Third - 1.25:1
Fourth - 1:1
The kit compromises of 4 gears.
